Housing those who are 55+ years of age, Town Hall Apartments' mission is to provide the highest quality affordable housing while transforming the historic decommissioned Town Hall police station back into a neighborhood asset and positively contributing to the vibrant Lakeview neighborhood.
Town Hall Apartments is the adaptive re-use of the former 42nd Precinct Town Hall Police Station into 79 units of high-quality, modern, affordable living for older adults. Our community includes 39 studio and 40 one-bedroom apartment homes.
